Participation Criteria for the Program
It is announced that the call for applications to participate in the Program is now open for one month, from February 21, 2025, to March 21, 2025, following its publication.
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA FOR THE LANZAROTE FASHION PROGRAM
1. REGULATE THE CONDITIONS
Regulate the conditions so that designers, manufacturers, or textile distributors from Lanzarote can participate in the program.
2. EMERGING DESIGNERS
Emerging designers who are not yet self-employed and are starting their professional activity. They must present annual collections and may remain in the program for a maximum of two years.
3. ESTABLISHED DESIGNERS
Designers and companies with established activity, who must present one to two annual collections depending on their sector. Requires that 75% of assets and tax residence be located in Lanzarote or La Graciosa.
4. SUBMISSION
Submission of applications in person or electronically (mandatory for legal entities).
5. INITIAL TERM
Initial term from 2025 to 2028, with the possibility of extension. Voluntary withdrawal or expulsion in case of non-compliance with the conditions.
6. CONDITIONS
Participants must use the brand in accordance with the established conditions, avoiding any harm to its reputation or consumer confusion.
